Nylon Sleeve Insert 60mm OD x 52mm ID used on fitness equipment and Benches etc where metal box section is required to slide inside another

Nylon Sleeve Outside Dimension: 2 3/16″ OD (55mm approx)

Nylon Sleeve Inside Dimension: 2″ ID (52mm approx)

Size Including Fixing Lugs: 2 3/8″ OD (60mm approx)

Size Including Upper Top Lip: 2 3/8″ OD (60mm approx)

The Nylon Sleeve is designed to fit into 60mm x 60mm square metal box section (SHS) that has a 2mm – 2.5mm wall thickness (12-14gauge). The Nylon Sleeve Inside Diameter is 52mm to allow 50mm x 50mm or 2” metal box section to slide inside it. There are two lugs either side of the Nylon Sleeve that will locate into pre-drilled holes within the outer 60mm x 60mm Square Box Section (SHS) to help lock the Nylon Sleeve into place

Engineer Note: It is important that the SHS used does not have too much of a corner radius as the Insert is quite square

Inner Box Section Spec: 50mm x 50mm or 2” box section can be chrome plated or painted to a maximum thickness of 51.5mm
