Our Gym Engineers are directly employed and Qualified to Degree level in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering and between them combine over 61 Years of Gym Repair Knowledge and Specialist Skill set. Most of our commercial gym equipment Service and Repair is carried out on-site, although many of our customers like the Douglas Oil Platform in the North Sea prefer to deliver their fitness gym equipment machines directly to our engineering workshop in Bridgend, South Wales for strip down and refurbish service maintenance  

We were chosen by TechniQuest to work with them on a specialist project to develop a treadmill based interactive moving floor for their educational exhibits at Techniquest Cardiff and many other businesses outside the field of Gym Engineering also regularly request our fitness equipment services and expertise especially for manufacture of low volume fitness equipment spare parts

Our online Gym Parts store has enabled us to reach out to New Customers Worldwide who would normally have experienced difficulty in obtaining Quality Spare Gym Parts and Technical Fitness Equipment Gym Support such as ours. Customers as far as Australia, Nigeria, United Arab Emirates, Canada, USA and Japan are now regular visitors

We eat and sleep Gym Equipment and Engineering and are passionate about what we do, thats why we invest heavily in machinery such as Lathes, Milling Machines and Welding equipment, 25ton Presses, Cold Saws and Cutting Jigs. This enables us to be fully Self Sufficient when implementing Gym Repair Solutions or when refurbishing pre-owned Gym Equipment such as our Certified Powerjog Treadmill range

There are some companies within the industry that employ what we label as "Part Changers". These are individuals who simply fit new spare parts (at the expense of the Customer) until they rectify the fault! At Expert our workshop is fully equipped with Oscilloscopes, Bench Meters, Software Programming tools and treadmill Test Rigs which enables us to electronic Repair to component level. Additionally, we supply and manufacture Gym Cable Wire Rope for the fitness industry, have our own brand Treadmill Belt and Decks and provide Gym Vinyl Re-upholstery as well as offering manufacture of "one-off" hard to get or discontinued parts making us proud to brand Expert Fitness UK' as a Real One Stop Shop!

Life Fitness 95ti Treadmill Belt and Lube

I ordered two of these belts for my 95ti treadmills a few years ago and although very skeptical as I have always used original life belts, after talking to a guy in experts technical department (sorry can't remember his name) he re-assured me that once i changed to these belts and applied the gel i wouldn't buy any others. Well they have been on now for 35 months and still look like new which is testament enough for me so i am back to replace the ones on rest of my 95's :-) thanks for the latest batch I have told loads of my mates who also run gyms. I run a gym and bought this expert fitness treadmill commercial lube instead of my usual lube used by my gym service company. It is a huge difference in performance of the treadmills. When they are all running flat out in the evenings the treadmill motors are definately quieter and i no longer have the occasional tripping out the guy in the office told me that the belts and motors will run cooler he is spot on.
