Life Fitness Smith Machine Bearing 9000 Series PL05, PL06, SL05, SL10, PLSM, direct replacement for the Olympic Bar Vertical Carriers. Best Engineering practice would be to replace all x4 Bearings at the same time

Important: Before Fitting each Bearing ensure that each bar is not scoured, scratched, worn or damaged in any way otherwise damage will occur to the New Bearings within a short time. Remember to apply a small amount of Blue Grease to the Bearings and lightly onto the Bars prior to fitting
