Welcome to our On-Line Custom Gym Upholstery Foam Pad making facility which has been set up for your convenience. When designing your own Gym Upholstery Foam Pad you are able to choose the Upholstery Pad Length, Width, Thickness, Firmness, T-Nut Thread and Position as well as the Vinyl Upholstery Colour. We can normally manufacture your Gym Upholstery Pads and ship them within 48hrs if the chosen vinyl Colour is In Stock otherwise please allow 5 days for your chosen upholstery Colour to be purchased in from our suppliers

Our Heavy Duty Gym Upholstery Foam Pads are Hand Made using a full range of Fire Retardant materials including 8lb or 10lb Commercial Grade High Density Reconstituted Chip Foam prior to covering with a 9oz Polyester Wadding and finished with a Gym Grade Upholstery Vinyl of your choice. The rear of the pads are covered in a Black Backing Cloth. We use the Upholstery Pull Technique when fitting the Upholstery. This technique is traditionally used throughout the industry and requires a certain amount of skill for a truly professional finish. Stitching can be done but will incur more cost.

Our In-House Upholsterers have worked with Gym Upholstery Vinyl for over 30 years providing Upholstery and Repair services within the Fitness Industry, Contract Upholstery, Physio Therapy and Medical Industries. Our Gym Vinyl Upholstery is fully Fire Retardant to Crib-5 with Anti-Bacterial protection to protect against harmful bacteria including MRSA and is treated with a Stain Erase coating to increase resistance to everyday staining. Our internal Reconstituted Foam is heavy duty and fire retardant
