Service Exchange Process: After making your purchase you must send us your existing Matrix AC DRDS Motor. On receipt of your matching Matrix Motor we will despatch your Service Exchange. We can not send out your Replacement Matrix AC Motor without receiving your Motor first. Please note we do not supply fly wheels, if a flywheel is not fitted to your original motor then we will not supply a replacement fly wheel however, if your existing motor has a fly wheel fitted then we will fit it onto your service exchange motor for no extra cost
