Service Exchange Process: After making your purchase you must send us your existing faulty Treadmill DC Drive Assembly. On receipt of your Motor Drive Unit we will dispatch your Service Exchange which will have been fully repaired and modified ready for you to fit straight back onto your Powerjog Treadmill.
We can not send out your Replacement DC Drive Unit without receiving yours first.
