Service Exchange Process: After making your purchase you must send us your existing faulty or worn Powerjog Treadmill Roller. On receipt of your Roller we will despatch your Service Exchange. We can not send out your Replacement Powerjog Treadmill Roller without receiving your Roller first

Note: The J Series "Walker" Treadmills use the Shorter G Series Rollers

Additional Info: Powerjog JW125 model Treadmills are fitted with a larger 110 tooth pulley. We suggest that you remove your original 110 tooth pulley from your existing/worn Drive Roller and re-fit it onto your new Drive Roller (pulley is easily screwed off). We supply JW125 Drive Rollers without any pulley fitted
