Service Exchange Process: After making your purchase you must send us your existing faulty or worn EFX 576i Generator Brake Assembly.On receipt of your worn Generator Brake we will dispatch your Service Exchange unit which will have been fully refurbished with new bearings ready for you to fit straight back onto your EFX576i Elliptical. We can not send out your Replacement Generator Brake without receiving your worn one first
