Hi to Expert Fitness Very impressed with your process for my Treadmill Silicone Oil. It came 24 hours after placement and the courier arrived right in the middle of the hour window provided. Before retirement I was a John Lewis Partner and expect good service, but rarely find it! These guys are great, customer service is a guide for other companies too! Thanks for all the advice. Treadmill Belt tightened and the motor is calibrated to your engineers recommendations forgot his name but please thank him he really knows his stuff, treadmill oil applied and machine is back to new!!!

I must praise your company on an excellent product of treadmill lubricant and also a 1st class customer service. From the very first contact with your engineer through to receiving my lubricant was a great experience. Also thanks to the engineer for letting me know the correct lube to use for my treadmill belt, I dread to think of the damage that would have occurred if I had gone ahead and purchased the wrongly advised oil from another online shop who obviously had no knowledge whatsoever of my treadmill!!! A lesson to me, the web can be a mass of wrong information from people with poor knowledge, I am sooo glad that I found Expert Fitness I will never shop anywhere else. Thank you guys
